To be fair though, the Secret Garden was also changed quite a bit. It later became the Spy Room and the Banker's Club.
I think the reason they kept renewing the HND was because it would have cost quite a bit of money to build and using it just once for a couple of days would have been seen as a waste...so they used it three more times (Prison, housing the evicted HMs, Servant's Quarters). I was hoping they'd use it again for CBB5 but oh well. And it did play host to the two best moments of CBB5: Donny's escape and Leo's thumb/finger!
