..no, you've hidden it well but tbh..
...I'm not a huge fan of Luisa myself and find she's been quite manipulative in a few things and although she probably was rude about 'OAPs'..for me that doesn't detract from the fact that she did appear 'talked at' by several people and that couldn't have been pleasant at all and would probably bring someone to tears...I just don't think they were very good in how they handled it...
