It depends how skinny/curvy you are talking about. If youre comparing someone like Charlottle Church to someone like, sayKate Moss, Kate has the better body. But if you're comparing someone who is so underweight that they look sickly and their bones are sticking out to someone who is small but healthy, that is better. I think the perfect size for me is 6/8  And yes, you can still have curves at that size, just smaller ones which looks better imo
