I don't think it's case of her thinking she's better than him, she just dislikes him so is using (frankly petty) insults such as low intelligence to undermine him. She says he's a gangster wannabe or whatever, so clearly she doesn't think much of him, but I don't think that really means she perceives herself to be superior to him.

And about their careers, I think they're both doing well in their own careers and are surprisingly talented compared to many CBB housemates!
