He is grumpy cos he cant stand Luisa and Jasmines behaviour.... its an excuse. At least he is not being two faced like Lionel....who is their buddy one minute and slagging them off the next albeit he has confronted them.
Liz and Linda probably find them equally annoying but are really holding back and sitting on the fence....they need to go NOT Jim.
