I expect doors opened, chair pulled out, napkin placed on my lap, grapes peeled and then on the way home if its raining he better take off his coat and lay it on the floor so I don't have to stand in puddles! Its just manners!
Only joking, its nice but I wouldn't think any less of someone who didn't do those things but I don't feel its chauvenistic
