I do recognize this and I hope that they recognize British law also. I state the conclusion from the Crown Prosecution Service, which has closed the case and said that their was no racism evident, only offensive words.

Well make that clear then so people do not get hold of the wrong end of the stick. I wouldn't have linked "which was never the case anyway, as people just jumped on silly words, which were only offensive but never racial" to the decision of the CPS.

I understand the political implications of what you mean.

I shall'nt dwell on it, (to keep the peace)...
