Huh? What show are you watching? He hasn't shouted at anyone, in spite of Linda not forgiving him for a fued caused by Jim shouting at her husband - a man.
With the exception of Ollie and Casey, I cannot think of anyone in the house who isn't arrogant to an extent. Luisa and Linda are the most arrogant people in there, imo.
