The majority of the HM's don't like him. He plays the victim to the hilt and so many viewers have fallen for it that it's scary. He drops sexist remarks to rile the women up and then when they take the bait he acts all innocent and surprised and picked on.
He is a miserable sod who doesn't like music, dancing or fun so other people are at fault for wanting to let their hair down. It's all for effect and attention, of course. If he just went to bed and stayed there - or sat there and enjoyed other people having a good time, the camera wouldn't be on him, would it?
For the first time ever on this forum I am really sickened by the support of someone who frankly, is such an asshole. If the Great British Public really want an asshole for a winner, they couldn't have made a better choice.
Well done. A piss and s**t the bed winner last time around (who was at least likable) - now the vile but newly worshiped Jim Davidson. Such discernment.

Very well said Jet. Once Jas was evicted I have only watched the eviction show last Friday. I haven't watched any more highlights shows and I cannot bear to look at the smug face of Jim. He should never ever have been put into that house with the history he had especially with Linda. I had thought this was the best series but now with Casey and Lee back to the love or pukefest now that Jas is gone and Jim smug in the knowledge that he is untouchable with all that 'public support' I am beyond caring who wins. I would hope against hope it wont be him and if there is a God he will be gone Friday.
