No it wasn't, sexism is an attitude and a set of core values that defines one sex as superior to another...
Luisas one remark relating to a task that she felt that ollie or jim would be better suited at is not an indicator that she believes in a sexist ideology.
I think there is positive and negative sexism, chivalry and gentlemanly behaviour can be seen as 'positive sexism' which is cultural, and misogyny 'negative' which is personal.
