He can't take responsibility for his actions, will lay blame elsewhere (Casey wanted a showmance, she's msking me look bad) and is metaphorically sh*tting everywhere leaving others to clear up his mess (jim hinting that lee isn't into her, dappy bringing up the showmance story to liz, Blue rescuing Lee after him dumb 9/11 dolphins comments).
