I think it was awful the way she said to Ollie you need to get some Balls,
Im a middle aged woman and i would never say something like that to a young man especially when his being so inoffensive,he just doesnt want to upset anyone.
I think with Linda you cant win she hates Jim because she thinks he talks down to women now she doesnt like Ollie because he wants to be percieved as being polite to women and everyone else.
