I have daughters and I worry what this instance by the fashion industry to use such unrealistically skinny models will do to them when they reach their teens.

How could any modeling agency think these models are attractive? Why would a clothing designer want her in their clothes. People at the fashion show aren't going to remember what she was wearing, they will only remember there appearance.

These girls look pathetic. There's no excuse for that kind of skinny. Any fashion industry idiot who thinks this girl is 'the look' is crazy. . And surely when a woman buys clothes she wants to know what they will look like on her not some underfed stick insect.

When a man takes a woman in his arms, he does not want to feel her skeleton. He wants to feel smooth skin and graceful curves.

Personally I think the fashion industry should start acting responsibly and stop using these models and the designers should start to produce clothes for real people.

Some of these girls look like they have just stepped out of Dachau, Terblinka or Auschwitz. In fact some of them had more meat on their bones and the ones that didn't were dead!
