Well...none actually she is a bit of a 'jack-of-all-trades' ...she started off as a model and claims to have trained Naomi Campbell ...she's written six steamy novels and researched body language in books and on-line , then declaring herself to be an expert on social behaviour, relationships, body language, workplace culture, stress and time management. She also writes regular columns for You and Q magazines and is Real magazine's ‘relationship doctor'.
Impressive enough in a sort of "ambitious-go-for-it sort of way"...but no real qualifications i'm afraid!
