Default The Bishops Avenue - Mr Trotter and Dels plans for squatters

The Bishops Avenue - Mr Trotter and Dels plans for squatters - 01.02.14

let me show you a bargain,
yes its in your league,
i will be your accountant and set the margin,
but i am not organizing this siege.
the news set my idea,
i don't no if it is bad or good,
multi millionaire family's have fear,
i am 2014 version of "Robin Hood".
if some can afford excess,
and leave it empty to capitalize,
i say we take them like in chess,
in times of posterity its correct we economize.
it is disgusting the profit made,
that's why i am planting a seed,
sneaking in is a little criminal shade,
because i want a crack down on waste and greed.
if a property is empty and decaying,
i am suggesting renovation,
so to all "green peace" and "activists" i am saying,
lets begin the empty property "live for free" creation.
The Bishops Avenue needs not one squatter,
but lots would enjoy,
just call me the modern Mr Trotter,
this is a market that needs a "Del Boy".

( for facts on this story i am going to leave this link but please feel free to gain more info from search engines. http://www.theguardian.com/society/2...ions-hampstead . i really feel that if the extremely rich can afford to leave there multi million pound houses empty and decaying - then i am all for squatters living the good life as it is a complete waste in these times when there is so much shortage of housing. i do hope the government act on this, but seen as they are in the wealthy bracket - i don't have much hope. love to no what you lot think ? as normal - love reply's to rhyme. thanking you. )
