So Linda & Luisa were only sexist to Jim because he was to them first?!? Do me a favour! I think you will find, without watching it over & over, that it was Linda who started ALL the problems with Jim, she had it in for him from day one...

She did goad Jim & if it were through veiled jokes or not, she was still goading him. If you count Jim's jokey comments as goading then surely it should count for Luisa too!
