I don't think winning the show makes a housemate more memorable or shows a true reflection on who the public enjoy watching throughout the series though.
Example: Cameron, Rachel F'ing Rice  Luke A and SAM! (how the hell did that happen? lol)
Just look at Jade Goody to, she was very unpopular/a hate figure but was never voted out simply because people were gripped, but when it came to the final she only finished 4th aswell.
I think the poll just represents who people thought was the most entertaining and brought the most drama to the house and I agree, Luisa all the way. Lionel should be higher though.
