CCTV is a complete waste of time from my experience.
Gavs car got nicked last year (before he even passed his test, was a birthday gift from his dad
) and there were only two places the car could have left the street, both are supposed to be cctv protected. Yet oddly enough, both the cameras were apparently facing the opposite direction, and there was NO footage of the busy high street at that time either
