Yes I do, relatives on my Mum's side are mostly buried and on my Dad's most are cremated.
When I am where any family member is buried I go to visit the grave and for my Grandmother's and Grandfather's I go many times during the year.

For me the feeling is a peaceful one and placing a few flowers there and reading again the headstone wording just feels right to me.
