Erm, not sure if this counts but I have something called Costochondritis. Its pretty much incurable apparently but its one of those things that can just come on randomly, stay for years then disappear for no reason. It feels like someone is tightening a belt around my rib cage, and attacks tend t last around 4 hours, during which time I cant move, but it hurts to stay still too. This is part of the reason for my codeine dependency tbh
