Add/remove to/from the list when you post. You may also use your turn to swop one thing from the HOT list and one thing from the NOT List or remove from each list.

So to clarify - either add one thing to each list OR swap OR remove one person from each list. Only one option per turn. Wait for at least one person to have a turn before you go again.
