..the thing is Annie..(as you know yourself..)..they'll get through today without you but Matthew won't, they know that you would be at work if you could and have often been there to cover other people in emergencies...sometimes you can leave your children with grandparents etc when they're ill and other times, only mum will do and it sounds like it's one of those 'mum' times to me....
