Default Goat genital painter walks free

from www.metro.co.uk

A man accused of spray-painting the genitals of three goats orange will not face trial, after agreeing to make a donation of an animal welfare charity.

The alleged goat-painter, 37-year-old Drew Gagnon, had been accused of breaking into a barn last November, scattering pornographic magazines around the goats (two males and a female), before covering the goats' genitals with orange spray paint.

It was reported that the genital-painting may have been part of an harassment campaign against the goats' owners, the Fiero family.

The attack was only discovered when the goats became sick from trying to eat the porn magazines.

Charges against Gagnon have now been dropped, after the Fiero family agreed to stop proceedings if Gagnon and his alleged accomplice, Douglas Bisio, 34, would pay $1,000 apiece (around £509) to the Human Society.

'My family and I just want to put this ordeal behind us and we believe that a donation to the Humane Society would be helpful,' said Bryce Fiero.

Gagnon and Bisio have also agreed to stay away from the farm, and its goats, in the future. Which will probably come as a relief to the goats.
