I know what you are saying. And I know he has a medically recognized condition. But I am just a bit fed up with people blaming everyone else for their condtions/misfortunes. Why doesn't he sue the council for denying him his rights to exercise or something? Everybody is sueing here, there and everywhere at the moment. Take some responsibility people. You are partly responsible for your afflictions.
