Can't really judge without the answers to those questions, TBH... I can't say my anger would be totally soothed by the fact that a staff member saved my child's life IF their life was only in danger in the first place due to staff negligence...
There were 2 members of staff sitting with 5 babies, the food was purified but he choked on a rusk. They handled it fine, filled out an accident report sheet and called the parents straight after the ambulance was called. Parents were obviously shocked but blamed the staff straight away.
