seriously though, it's a real thing, the USA and Russia have actually talked about UFOs, because think about it, during the cold war, it was very important to make sure that neither side mistake any unexplained phenomenon as an act of aggression from the other side. It really was discussed, and there really are protocols inplace for UFOs on both sides. I'm not making it up.

it's real, and it's nice to know that the USA and Russia were able to both agree about this issue.
