...we just have a recycle bin and can't put anything in a bag because the plastic bags themselves aren't recyclable...your council obviously have special bags which is a good idea but not if they're given out randomly and occasionally though, that seems to be contrary to what most people need...virtually all of my rubbish goes in the recycle bin...
