The G7 or G8 is yesterday's news, the real economic power is held by the G20 which includes the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa)

This is where the future of The worlds economic structures will be debated not the G7 which does not include the emerging Asian markets of Russia, China and India.

Hubris really on the part of the west especially the bankrupt US which is hanging on by its fingernails should it lose its position as worlds reserve currency ( US Dollar) it would surely sink without a trace ( bit like the missing Malaysia Airline).
