Moral Dilemma - should the Police risk telling abuse victims they were abused as some of the victims were unconscious at the time.
Should they refrain from informing these people they actually were abused because without any knowledge of it they are not technically victims in their own minds. But to inform them could run the risk of making them victims.
So is ignorance bliss in this situation ?
