I think if people download and then sell on the music then they are costing the industry obviously. I think aslong as there are sites and file sharing software acessable people will continue to download music. The price of a cd in the shops and albums cost a silly amount in my opinion anyway so I can see why people do download stuff. Most videos can be seen on youtube aswell so alot of people listen that way.

On programs I think if you use it regularly then you should buy it yourself just because you will get good use out of it and they come with guides to help. Copyright images are a very grey area I think....everything has a copyright...celeb images copyrighted to the photographer...disney images etc but I feel if people are using them for none profit...through banners/fansites then there is no harm to it. Aslong as you are not claiming that the images are yours then its okay...using the Copyright symbol © on anything that you havent created fully yourself is wrong but not many people are aware of it.
