Radio 1 was ****e long before Moyles left. Don't get me wrong, I can understand the BBC wanting to pull in a young demographic because those are the people who buy pop songs... but why is Radio 1 an all day kiddy fest when, shockingly enough, their target demographic is IN SCHOOL!? Like fair enough making it a kiddy radio station during the summer holidays/other school holidays and in the evenings and weekends... but it's just so messed up as far as logic goes. 14 year old Emily and friends are not listening to Radio 1 at 1pm when the newest wicked One Direction (!!!!!!11) track is being played, but 22 year old stony faced Z is sitting in a car driving up and down the north coast of Scotland taking parts to tankers somewhere and not very ****ing amused that he has to listen to the same 6 songs on repeat every bloody hour
