I think every parent I've ever spoken to has said that as soon as the actual baby arrived they just fell completely in love with it and that was that, nothing else mattered - that baby boy or girl is a little person that's partly made up of you, you'll see features that you like about yourself in the baby etc...
Plus, you're not ugly at all Caitlin. I know loads of girls who would kill to have hair as thick as yours and having poor eyesight just isn't as big a deal now as it was when we were younger, glasses have become a bit cooler now! I was a pale, miserable looking child, an ugly ass teenager who was fat and spotty and had glasses and **** hair and none of that matters anymore because most teenagers are exactly the same. Some kids are cute and some teenagers are cute but they tend to be pretty average looking adults because everybody's too busy checking out the ugly duckling that turned into a beautiful swan. That's you, you swan.
