Default the rise in rats and vermin on our streets - blame ?

could recycling and food waste be responsible in the rise in vermin - i smell a rat 09.05.14

this is a joke
i get comfort from this story
with the council i will poke
because it is going to progress faster then a Fari.
over the years we have reduced
save the earth is at the core
so less service's were produced
rubbish and waste would spore.
we were all given buckets
several over a period of time
outside our doors were the brackets
"none willing" was perceived as a crime.
with it now piling
food would decay and build
only rodent's were smiling
we gave them a open field.
the food now had variety
offering it by the kilo and not the gram
the "green brigade" is the high and oh mighty
these must take a heavy slam.
we need 2 weekly collections
give the food waste a bat
and if anyone has any objections
i will clearly say recycling has made bigger the rat.

( http://www.camdennewjournal.com/lett...d-plagued-rats i can not help but feel the cut in rubish collections and us constantly having waste and buckets outside our flats - houses - doors have all contributed to the rise in vermin. or am i blowing this out of proportion and the rat and vermin problem is a minority and as a "country" we must do even more to recycle our food waste - paper -etc does the reader smell a rat ? )
