How ridiculous. It's far too young to contemplate. What next, boob jobs for ten year olds? I thought if an adult wanted to change sex they had to live as the other sex for an allotted amount of time, have counselling, show they're mentally balanced and able to cope with it. How can someone under the age of majority give consent? You can't form a contract with a minor. Perhaps they should concentrate their funds and expertise to helping people who are older.
