I actually kind of agree with this, although maybe it should be a little older, so that they are 100% sure that they want to go through with it, I would say 16 years old would be a good starting age, but who am I to say that..

But you hear of a lot of people growing up within the wrong gender and absolutely hating it, the fact that they can not get it with the nhs is a major step forward in my opinion.
