Sadly zero hours work plans are not wrong in law or as to any workplace guidelines,they are in my opinion 'morally' wrong and it would be better if they only existed for the likely minority who prefer them.
Since this Govt. will do absolutely nothing to stop or discourage the practice of zero hours then it is my hope that Labour will be true to its view that they should not be acceptable and that change is needed.

Of course it is the right of others to use the zero hours however I myself would agree this is not an example that is one of the better from some Labour MPs,I think they should be made to 'change' if this is true of course being the Daily Mail.

I am sure however they are not the only Party with MPs doing so,I therefore hope if elected in 2015,Ed Miliband will bring about change as to this issue.
This just highlights more that change is needed.
Sadly however, those operating zero hours contracts are, under this Govt and the one before it,doing nothing wrong really.
