It's crazy when you think about it, for you have a Contract that effectively guarantees you nothing. You have a job but no agreed hours in which to work so you cannot ever plan to earn any amount of money.

Without any guaranteed income you cannot obtain a bank loan, Mortgage or credit. In fact this is no better than cash in hand work woth NO job security of any kind.

A complete step back in time and hard to believe any Govt would allow these types of Contracts to be legitimised under employment legislation.
