I'm so sorry for your loss parmnion

and what horrible, horrible people... I think that has to be the worst, people hiding behind a computer screen and typing the most horrific stuff just for shock value. Thankfully the internet is rapidly becoming policed and this sort of behaviour won't be so common in the near future as more and more people are prosecuted for trolling.
You used to see a lot of it when people were on Bebo and MySpace and that kind of thing because it was full of young teenagers who were growing up on the internet, the first generation to do so, so there weren't really any rules in place for that kind of thing... how are your parents and teachers supposed to know how to deal with a type of bullying that didn't exist when they were kids?
I think bullying is a very subjective thing though. What you might perceive as bullying when you're 13 might be seen as harassment when you're 33, which is why I think cyber-bullying is mostly restricted to young teenagers because they're more emotionally fragile. I think stuff like revenge porn is a form of cyber bullying actually. People posting naked pictures of ex boyfriends and girlfriends on the internet and sending them viral on purpose to humiliate them and getting people to harass that person by spreading their personal details along with the pictures... thankfully the most notorious platform for that, IsAnyoneUp.com has been shut down...
