It is usually the "Rain" that creates the real damage, when it comes to injured horses and jockeys.
I remember picking the winner, "Red Marauder" and that year, it chucked it down and only the one I picked managed to complete the race and I think, a couple of others, further back, after the Jockey had fallen off and managed to get back on the horse.
I love it, when stray horses are running next to the leader.
Getting in the way.
But I certainly want a safe race and for me to pick the winner, naturally!!
