I know someone who got permission from a company to copy one of their videos and place it on Youtube.
Then, a few month's later, the company had forgot about the permission they gave to this person and while they were e-mailing Youtube about copied videos without permission and getting them removed, due to copyright infringement.
They accidently included this guy's video and he got suspended from Youtube, through no fault of his own.
A casualty of the rule.
I recommend that you copy for your own use, what you really want and would never appear elsewhere.
I added some INXS concert stuff to my favourites and now they are gone.
No chance of seeing them again! I wished I had copied them at the time.
I didn't know how to then, but fortunately, I do now.
