I think there isn't really an answer to be honest Ruth
I think it's the same as all the other housemates that have gone before that are liked by people.They don't have talent in anything they just appeal to some people and they get fans from just being themselves.
For me I always tend to like the housemates that are nice people that don't bitch and are also not the really media hungry people that others are.
For me it's about getting the level of exposure right without selling their souls to stay in the papers.
I will just say though that IMO Chantelle deserves to be a celebrity more than some other celebrities that have done less than her and are bigger celebs.
Look at all the ones that have become famous for sleeping with/having affairs with genuine celebrities.
At least Chantelle won a tv show and was voted by lots of people some of the 'celebs' out there unfortunately didn't even do that and we're stuck with them.
