Theres still half, or 2/3 of the old bedroom left, and theres only 12 seats at the dinning table and about 12 beds including 2 in the double for them to sleep in. And the old bedroom was huge, so I pretty sure they could make a room like the safe house, probably a bit bigger, with enough things to call it second a house. to fit about 4 people.
