Sadly, we are a becoming a world of people who like to sue.

We all know about these companies like, "Claims Direct", etc.. suing companies for large amounts of money, if someone trips or falls.

The same goes for Youtube and the companies who own the rights to the songs, etc...

They really couldn't care less about songs from the past, ending up on Youtube.

But, they will be very interested, if they can have a chance of suing Youtube for $1 billion dollars. That is why it is happening. They will be fishing for an out-of-court settlement.

Or a piece of the pie, (so to speak)
