They're not blaming Hazel or making Daley to be a victim.
I'm fully on Hazel's side when it came to that incident but it was nowhere near a rape scenario.

Channel 5 also included details of a previous conversation which took place in the house - but had not been broadcast - in which Hazel appeared to speak about enjoying "throat grabbing in the context of sexual play".
It literally says that Daley's ejection wouldn't have occurred IF IT WASN'T FOR HAZEL'S AGGRESSIVE SEXUAL CONDUCT how is that not blaming Hazel
