Alternatively Michael you could make school a more interesting and entertaining place that said children will want to attend, in an environment where they feel comfortable, liberated and free to express themselves in whatever way they wish.

"One of the factors which deters otherwise gifted teachers from staying in the profession is the poor behaviour they observe in class, the backchat and disruption which impede study and the lack of support they as teachers experience from school leadership teams which are insufficiently rigorous in policing bad behaviour."

Actually the reason they're deterred from staying in the profession is because they're treated like sh*t and constantly undermined by your government with ridiculous ideas like PRP and the fact in academies actual qualified teachers are being replaced by every day workers in order for the school to save some money. Get your act together you silly ****ing ****.
