That's like saying, if he was staying in a Travelodge, a bailiff could rock up and take possession of things belonging to the Travelodge. Ridiculous story... They could make a claim on the cash he's won... but I think that would probably be sorted out by BB's lawyers rather than allowing a bailiff to enter the Big Brother House... which is frankly ludicrous.
