That wasn't the question whether someone likes them or not.
It is about whether it bothers someone if they were born in England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales but have spent most of their life in a different area of the United Kingdom and may choose to call themselves Scottish, if they were actually born in England, etc.. etc..
