I would agree, Toya was just as nasty back to Marlon as Marlon was to her... however, Marlon has shown on several occasions a very peculiar and problematic attitude towards the females in the house - Ash has as well.

Commenting on their physical appearance, bemoaning their relationship statuses and wishing for "slags", the pair of them are revolting.

I do think Toya is a shouty hypocrite - but at least she's entertaining. She's not got damaging views that are just shrugged off as 'gender will be gender', she's just loud and opinionated.
