I think the problem is she has been in a relationship for 3 years. If I remember correctly she told Steven in the first few nights she was dating. They spoke about people dating in US and people being in a relationship in UK. It doesn't look good for her to let a guy put his hands on her as when she is in a relationship with someone. Obviously she's in a committed relationship, if he went to BOTS to support her.
