I don think people realise that Toya really doesn't care if she goes or stays.

Toya hasn't gone and wrecked anything for herself, for the viewers maybe, but as far as she is concerned, she wants to get out of that house ASAP. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she said this on purpose just to make sure she gets voted out.
